We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or encounter any issues, we offer a 60-day refund or exchange policy for unused and unopened items.

General Return Policy

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items showing any signs of use, assembly, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return costs, including a restocking and shipping fee, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or damaged items).
  • Our Responsibility: If the item is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will cover all return shipping fees.

Return Fees (Australia):

  • E-Bike Returns: $249.99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
  • E-Scooter Returns: $139.99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)
  • Kids' E-Bikes and E-Scooters: $99.99 (includes restocking and shipping fees)

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@bykebox.au for assistance.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take up to 10 business days. Additional delays may apply based on your bank or credit card company.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs from the original purchase are not refunded unless the item is defective.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us for support.
